At Kodak Photo Printers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your printer or accessories do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Kodak printer in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, cartridges, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
